Announcing a Christmas Carol
A Christmas Carol to be performed in Teddington for Down’s Syndrome Charities
Flying Pickle creative arts company will present a special production of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens on December 17-18 at 8PM. This one-man-show is being performed by prolific actor and voice over Sam Devereaux in support of Down’s Syndrome charity 21&Co and the Down’s Syndrome Association. Tickets are priced at £20. The production is being staged at the stunning Grade II* Listed Normansfield Theatre, part of the Langdon Down Centre in Teddington.
21&Co is a registered charity run by parents, offering help and support to about 250 children with Down’s Syndrome and their families in South-West London, Surrey, and the surrounding areas. All profits from the production will go directly to support the charity’s work.
Co-Chair of 21&Co, Tatty Bowman says: “We are so grateful to Sam Devereaux for putting on such a fantastic event for the benefit of our charity. It means so much to us and those we support. Not only will the fundraising help us continue offering our services, but the event will also raise awareness of our charity, Down’s Syndrome, and the wonderful children we support, which is invaluable.”
